Q  How do I know your tape echo loop is of a high enough quality for my tape loop machine?

Over the years we have been actively involved with overseeing the testing and design of a Tape Echo Machine for the Proaudio and Musicians market. Whilst we were managing the developement of the prototype, we spent a long time testing for the best tape formula for a tape loop; In the past  tape loops have always been renowned for the oxcide residue clogging up the machine heads and mechanism of the equipment. Also general wear and tear of the machine heads was another problem. With this knowledge and working with some of the few professionals left in market we have come up with what we believe to be the best tape available to counteract these problems.
Our tape loops are made of High Quality, High Output, Self-lubricating tape stock which is Heavy Duty Polyester, Substrated and Optimally Biased for tape loop machines Machines

Q   Who pays for shipping ?

A.  You the customer ,We use various services for shipping all orders. Please click on ’shipping’  in the navigation bar for more details.

Q.  Do you ship internationally ? 

A.  Yes. MY TAPE ECHO does ship internationally. All customs or duties incurred in the shipping are the responsibility of you the customer. Please click on ’shipping’  in the navigation bar for more details.

Q.  When will my order be shipped ?

A.  Wherever possible all orders placed before 12pm GMT will be shipped the same day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following business day

Q.  What methods of payment will you accept ?

A.  We accept Visa, Mastercard,Discovery, Amex & Paypal

Q.  What is your policy for returns or faulty merchandise ?

A. If all of the merchandise on your order is in stock, we will immediately fulfil your order. Any orders that are only partially in stock will be held until 100% of the order is filled.  We will inform you if any item is out of stock and advise you of the expected delivery date. If you want us to ship part of the order you must  contactus customerservice@mytapeecho.com so that we can arrange this for you.

 

Q   Can I track my order ? 

A.  Yes. Just email us customerservice@mytapeecho.com and we will advise you on the status of your order.
